LONDON – BP’s (NYSE: BP) head of liquefied natural gas (LNG) trading, Jonty Shepard, will be leaving the company at the end of the year.
In a LinkedIn post, Shepard said that his departure after 17 years was announced internally on Tuesday. It was unclear who would succeed him.
London-based BP is one of the world’s biggest traders of LNG, which has become a key fuel in recent decades.
A BP spokesperson did not respond immediately to a request for comment.
