HSBC (NYSE: HSBC) Appoints Jonathan Bingham as Interim Group CFO

On Wednesday, HSBC Holdings Plc (NYSE: HSBC) named Jonathan Bingham as its interim group chief financial officer, effective September 2.

The appointment comes two weeks after the 160-year-old bank appointed finance head Georges Elhedery as its new chief executive officer.

A process to identify the next permanent group CFO is underway, the bank said in an exchange filing.
